Overview

This statement discloses the privacy practices for SiiTech and SiiTech's web site (www.siitech.com). As part of the normal operation of this site, we collect and, in some cases, disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you and what may happen to that information.

Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information by SiiTech

We will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site usage, to improve our site and service offers, and to customize our site. We may use Personally Identifiable Information to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices. We may also use Personally Identifiable Information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce any agreements we may have with you, including this Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Many areas of the SiiTech site do not require users to identify themselves or reveal any Personally Identifiable Information. However, certain usage information which may include a user's IP address the time and length of access, the pages viewed and the name of any site visited immediately prior to coming to the Site may be collected and stored on an anonymous, aggregate basis. SiiTech does not consider IP addresses to constitute Personally Identifiable Information since they are commonly utilized by proxy servers and thereby shared among multiple users, or are dynamically assigned to machines, and are not easily associated with a particular user. Any email address configured in a user's Web browser may also be logged as part of the web server's automatic logging process. This information is primarily used to assess usage of, and develop ideas for improving, the Site. SiiTech does not currently request or obtain Personally Identifiable Information from its business partners.

The Site may make use of "cookie" technology (which uses an identifier that is stored by web browsers) to manage security on the Site and to customize the presentation of information to you.

SiiTech may use any Personally Identifiable Information submitted by users or collected from use of the Site or Service, if any, to: (a) Notify users of additional products and services about which they might be interested, or (b) Provide feedback to its business partner who pays for the Information to be provided to, or the use of the Service by, a particular user.

SiiTech will not, however, provide such information to other companies for their independent use. SiiTech reserves the right to provide information collected from the Site or by the Service to third parties, provided such information does not contain information sufficient to identify a particular user by name, address or other Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

We may ask for specific Personally Identifiable Information about you when you register for the use of some sections of this site. For example, we will ask for contact and billing information, account information, system information, etc. We may also ask you for information about your interests, preferences and future needs, so that we can improve our product offerings and services.

Newsletter Subscription Information

From time to time we provide information to our stakeholders, including customers, in the form of electronic and/or print newsletters. When you subscribe to SiiTech News and other SiiTech newsletters you will be added to our mailing list and will receive announcements and information about SiiTech. The announcements and information will come from SiiTech, not from third parties. It will be emailed directly to the email address that you provide when you subscribe. To subscribe to SiiTech News or other newsletters, we ask only for your email address.

If you no longer wish to receive newsletters from us in the future, please let us know. Just send an email to info@siitech.com with 'unsubscribe' in the body, or follow the "UNSUBSCRIBE" instructions that will be contained within any newsletter email that we send to you.

You can help SiiTech to maintain the accuracy of your information by notifying us of any change to your subscription information. You can notify us by sending email or regular mail to us (see Contact Us page for our address).

Email

We place email links on this site to allow you to contact us directly. The information you provide is used to respond directly to your questions or comments. We may also file your comments to improve the site, our products and our services, or review and discard the information.

Automated Data Capture

We may automatically track certain information about your use of this site. SiiTech logs IP addresses and browser types for system administration purposes. This information will be analyzed to constantly improve the value of the materials and services available on the web site.

SiiTech Partners

SiiTech provides some of its products through contractual arrangements with affiliates, service providers, partners and other third parties. SiiTech and its partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate their sites and to deliver their services.

SiiTech will encourage its partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your Personally Identifiable Information by our partners is governed by the privacy policies of those partners, and is not subject to control by SiiTech.

Both SiiTech and its partners may also use your Personally Identifiable Information to inform you of other products or services available from SiiTech and its partners. To opt out of receiving future notifications, please see below.

SiiTech links to many sites, and new ones are added all the time. This Privacy Policy applies to the SiiTech site only. Any information you submit to linked sites will be subject to the privacy policies of those sites, if any. You should review those policies carefully.

Legal Disclosures

SiiTech may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to prevent injury or property damage. We will usually attempt to notify you when we are making such a disclosure, but we may not do so in an emergency or when we are prohibited by law or court order from giving such notice.

Opt-Out Policy

SiiTech allows you to opt out of receiving marketing and promotional mailings at any time. Simply email info@siitech.com with 'unsubscribe' in the body, or following the "UNSUBSCRIBE" instructions that will be contained within any newsletter email that we send to you.

Security

SiiTech uses state-of-the-art commercially available technology to protect against unauthorized access to any Personally Identifiable Information that is stored electronically by SiiTech.

Changes to This Policy

If we decide to change this privacy policy, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use it and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Unless you opt out of receiving email notifications from us, we may also notify by email of changes to this policy.

User Information

To the extent that any area of the Site or component of the Service requires users to register, any information provided in the course of such registrations shall be true and accurate.
